Whether you are navigating your perinatal / postpartum experience, juggling the responsibilities of parenthood, struggling with career decisions, or experiencing relationship challenges, therapy may help. Therapy can help you live more boldly, strengthen your sense of self, gain insight into your relationships, develop new coping skills, and cultivate joy. Many of the clients I work with are high achieving professionals experiencing symptoms of anxiety, depression, and burnout. I am particularly passionate about providing perinatal mental health services to individuals and couples navigating parenthood, shifting relationships, and personal identities postpartum. I see clients in person in Midtown Sacramento and offer telehealth therapy to clients throughout California.</image:caption>
