Live Boldly

We all carry stories. We have strengths, challenges, and can be full of contradictions. All of that is okay. Our fullest, messiest, most authentic selves should be celebrated.

Prioritize your wellness

The focus of my practice is supporting individuals going through life transitions. Whether you are navigating your perinatal experience, juggling the responsibilities of parenthood, struggling with career decisions, or experiencing relationship challenges, therapy may help. Therapy can help you live more boldly, strengthen your sense of self, gain insight into your relationships, develop new coping skills, and cultivate joy.

I work with a range of clients who are experiencing symptoms of anxiety, depression, or burnout. I am particularly passionate about providing perinatal mental health services and supporting women navigating motherhood, relationships, and personal identity postpartum.

I am currently accepting new clients for in-person or online sessions. I offer telehealth services for individuals throughout California and in-person sessions for individuals in the Sacramento Area.

Please reach out for a free phone consultation

Please email me at hannahccwellness@gmail.com to set up a free 20 minute phone consultation. This is an opportunity for you to share what you are looking for in therapy, ask questions, and get a sense of my approach as a therapist. From there, we can determine if working together seems like a good fit and schedule our first session.

How does the process work?

Step 1: Reach out via email hannahccwellness@gmail.com to schedule a free 20 minute phone consultation.

Step 2: Engage in a brief phone consultation to share more about what you are looking for in therapy, ask questions, and get a sense of my approach as a therapist. Based on this conversation, we will determine whether to move forward with scheduling an initial session.

Step 3: Complete online Intake Paperwork. This paperwork must be completed prior to our initial session together.

Step 4: Meet for our initial session to begin getting to know each other and developing goals for therapy.
